Personally, I optimize images a lot even before I upload them I use a service like Canva or Photoshop to resize all images, depending on content width. So, for example, if your largest content width ideally on a desktop browser is px, that are somewhere between x this largest width. For our example, that d be images that are between and , px wide. Make sure the browser is maximized taking up the entire screen of your computer.
Right-click anywhere on the page and then click “Inspect.” This will open up the photo editing servies inspection tool. Click the element selector. Shown below on a Chrome browser. Then click anywhere in the content area of your page or post to select that element. Your browser should now show the element size in the width x height format. The first number is the maximum width. Keep in mind that different areas of your website may have different maximum widths.
